1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will initiate the return process.
- Unopened Products: Returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, or other consumables
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at hrmallbusiness@gmail.com. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
- Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label or further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
